The Head of Network Strategy & Performance Biologics plays a pivotal role in developing and enhancing the Biologics Operations (BioOps) capabilities. Reporting directly to the Head of BioOps, this position involves overseeing the development and implementation of strategies, processes, and technologies to optimize operational efficiency, while building a high-performance culture and engaging work environment. The Executive Director collaborates closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to assure alignment and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in operational practices.
