The HR Business Partner role will be part of the HR Group within Bosch Engineering Center Cluj. The role oversees the associate journey, from hire to retire.

Our team is thrilled to welcome you aboard! As an HR Business Partner, you will constantly wear 6 different “hats”. Discover what each of them entails:

HR Leadership Consultant:

  • Provide HR advice and consultation to business leaders on HR strategies, policies, and practices.
  • Act as a coach to managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Lead HR initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

Strategic HR Partner:

  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals and drive business results.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to align HR activities with business priorities, ensuring a cohesive approach to resource planning , talent management, and organizational development.
  • Participate in the strategic planning process, bringing HR insights and perspectives to the table.

Labor Relations Consultant:

  • Develop and implement strategies to maintain positive labor relations and a harmonious work environment.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective discussions .
  • Provide guidance on labor laws, regulations, and compliance, ensuring the company adheres to legal standards.

People Partner:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees, providing support and guidance on HR matters.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, promoting employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Lead initiatives related to employee welfare, diversity and inclusion, and work-life balance.

Organizational Development Consultant:

  • Identify organizational development needs and implement solutions to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Design and deliver training programs that enhance leadership capabilities and support employee development.
  • Facilitate change management processes, helping the organization navigate through transitions and transformations.

Data Analyst:

  • Utilize HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and drive HR strategies.
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Prepare and present data-driven insights to senior management, supporting strategic planning and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience of at least 3 years, in a HR Business Partner role;
  • Have knowledge of specific HR areas such as: employee relations, talent management, performance management and recruitment;
  • Have knowledge of government regulations related to labor practices, benefits, compensation, and HR policy;
  • Proficiency in working with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
  • Strong consultation skills, including the ability to challenge and influence leaders;
  • Excellent judgment and conflict management skills;
  • Being prone to build strong relationships with the business leaders and employees;
  • Being liable to adapt in a dynamic work environment;
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, initiative, flexibility;
  • Good sense of urgency, prioritization skills and client service orientation;
  • Professional level of English – both verbal and written proficiency are mandatory.
