This position collaborates with key Harman stakeholders across multiple business units and regions, which include Finance, Accounting, business process subject matter experts, as well as Digital teams in order to help prioritize, evaluate, and align priorities to implement technology solutions in support of HARMAN’s strategic initiatives. This position requires you to perform detailed requirement analysis, document business processes, and identify optimization opportunities across Harman.

What You Will Do

• Lead process walk-throughs of accounting and finance processes to document current state (“as is”)
• Lead workshops/interviews with stakeholders to obtain business requirements and “wish list” for the future state (“to be”)
