HR Operations & Payroll Associate

Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Manage employee data, including onboarding, offboarding, and any changes in employment details
• Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing HR-related inquiries and providing support as needed
• Calculate wages, deductions, and benefits, and process payroll adjustments accordingly
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and labor standards
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports as needed
• Manage employee inquiries related to payroll or HR operations
• Assist in HR administrative tasks, such as drafting employment contracts and maintaining records
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless HR services to clients
