Head of Product Engineering will drive Large Scale Agile Transformation in a Highly effective Engineering Organization with over 200 Employees. The position often entails coordinating and collaborating with different functions & other products units within Transaction Banking Business to deliver a seamlessly integrated solution to our customers. The successful candidate must have good Software Engineering & Release Management experience, with excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to facilitate complex issue resolution across multiple products and business groups. The individual must possess strong consultative, listening, communications and analytical skills, be a problem solver with excellent judgment and strong initiative.
