Your mission
As a Senior Product Designer, you will be fundamental in shaping the future of financial independence for millions of customers. Your focus will be on designing our websites, enhancing the user profile, and improving customer support interfaces to deliver exceptional user experiences.
What you’ll do
- Create engaging, user-friendly web pages and personalized user profile experiences that communicate our value proposition, drive user engagement, and cater to individual user needs to enhance user satisfaction.
- Own projects and UX initiatives from start to finish, including running design sprints and collaboration sessions to understand and explore customer problems, sketching, wireframing, low and high fidelity prototyping, user testing, and leading stakeholder reviews.
