AlWatania Information Systems is a leading provider of technology solutions and services, dedicated to helping businesses optimize their HR processes with SAP SuccessFactors. We are currently seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP Consultant to join our team. As a Senior SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP Consultant at AlWatania, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll modules for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, configure the system, and provide ongoing support and maintenance. With your expertise in SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP, you will contribute to the success of our clients' HR transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll modules.
• Work closely with clients to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet their HR needs.
• Configure the system to align with clients' HR policies, processes, and organizational structure.
• Develop and execute test plans, and support the testing and validation of the system.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll modules, including issue resolution and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP SuccessFactors with other HR systems and modules.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP updates, best practices, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll modules.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP configuration, including rules, workflows, and data models.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Experience in integrating SAP SuccessFactors with other HR systems and modules.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
