  • Responding to client inquiries
  • Coordinating with and directing internal departments
  • Analyzing POS data and other market research data
  • Conducting various desk research using online and print sources, as well as collecting information from stores
  • Gathering qualitative information from panels, clients, and industry contacts
  • Preparing and delivering presentations (ideally in English as well)
  • Handling sales administration tasks (e.g., preparing estimates)
  • Managing contract renewals and acquiring new clients
  • Understanding client KBQs (Key Business Questions) and providing solutions
  • Implementing feedback from these activities to help increase departmental revenue

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills to effectively respond to client needs
  • Logical thinking ability
  • Proficiency in document and report preparation
  • Experience in data aggregation and analysis using Excel, creating presentations with PowerPoint, and document preparation using Word
  • Experience in working with databases and conducting market analysis using data
  • English communication skills
  • Interest in marketing and the sports equipment industry (experience or knowledge in the industry is a plus)
