Associate Design Director

As an Associate Design Director, you're a proven design specialist with a knack for the bigger picture. You're a master of visual hierarchy, scale, balance, contrast, and typography, regardless of the medium. You are comfortable taking a lead role in a multi-disciplinary team and understand the value of mentorship and collaboration to create the best creative solution. With extensive experience in both digital and print, you're at home in all the modern tools of the trade. In this role you'll report to the VP, Group Creative Director and will help lead the design efforts on all of our client's needs. The digital space will be your primary focus — email, social, display, and web — and you'll be expected to contribute design solutions from concept to final execution, managing your workload independently to meet deadlines. You should be an exceptional presenter, both internally and externally, and be comfortable receiving feedback about your work from a cross-discipline team.
