Job Summary:

The Agile Product Advisor will be responsible for having an in depth knowledge of the products and services Cigna Information Protection (CIP) supports for the value streams in which they are aligned.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for decomposition of work and assisting with backlog grooming and maintaining a backlog;
• Participate in or lead commitment conversations with customers and team members;
• Identify key operational readiness and communication needs as changes are made to CIP’s products and services; may drive some operational readiness tasks;
• Answer questions to help remove roadblocks for the team;
• Participate in or lead team and organization planning.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree preferred;
• Ideal candidate will have 2 plus years of experience in IT or Information Protection;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across a variety of audiences;
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities;
• Strong, independent decision-making ability;
