Go-to-Market Core Solutions Product Lead

This is a hybrid role (3 days in-office, 2 days work at home). The position can be based out of the following office locations:

• Bloomington, MN

The Go-to-Market (GTM) Product Lead will provide support to the Over 3000 Segment and work closely with Product, Sales Leadership, Sales Teams and Producer Relations. Primary responsibilities include bridging the space between product and sales – bringing a comprehensive and cohesive view of Cigna Healthcare products and capabilities to the market with compelling messaging and sell tactics in order to achieve goals. This includes leading projects that improve how sales teams position solutions in market, ensure successful launches of new or improved products, as well as research to identify new opportunities to improve retention and growth. This role will partner closely with Solutions, Marketing, Producer Relations and Affordability teams to equip our Segments with the support they need to successfully manage client and broker events, as well as challenging market selling dynamics, making Cigna Healthcare the partner of choice.
