Summary

Manages all phases of contracts, Provide technical assistance to clients and staff, co-ordinate field service.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure commercial terms, specifications & conditions of contract are followed
  • Product/Engineering development coordinator
  • Develop & manage schedules, status, and progress reports
  • Develop & manage budgets, cost analysis & forecasts
  • Ensure long-lead items are identified and procured in a timely manner
  • Chairs, minutes, defines action items, and attends required meetings with customer and intercompany
  • Manage communications with customer and subcontractors
  • Issue purchase orders to vendors & sub-contractors
  • Manage change order process
  • Develop deliverable requirements/list
  • Manage billing customer
  • Co-ordinate field service jobs and makes arrangements with client
  • Experience transfer and technical feedback to technical department
  • Answering of all technical inquiries/questions from customers & services engineers
  • Ensure all documentation related to service job
  • Manage billing customer

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant technical level experience

Skills and Abilities:

  • Basic analytical skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of general principles, concepts, theories, and practices of applicable discipline

Desired Characteristics

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Value Engineering
  • Oilfield Services Experience
