Job Responsibilities

• Considered a subject matter expert (SME) and will be providing creative solutions to often non-routine and unstructured assignments
• Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work; builds knowledge of the company, processes and customers
• Provides informal guidance to new team members
• Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction
• Exercises judgment within defined engineering practices to determine appropriate action
• Applies experience and knowledge to solve routine to moderately complex problems

• Promote personal accountability for Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) by adhering to the principles and guidelines outlined in HMH's HSSE governing policy

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience)

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant technical level experience

Skills and Abilities: Strong communication skills (written and oral) to foster collaborative and productive relationships within a team of engineers. Ability to explain complex information to others in straightforward situations. Demonstrated understanding and proficiency in a specified area of engineering.
