As a Solution Architect, you will work closely with Spectrum Effect current and potential customers. Based in Asia Pacific as a member of the field sales team, you will be the bridge between our customers and the R&D team who are all located in North America, to address and clearly communicate APAC customer requirements and solutions. Identification of the customer needs and potential opportunities for Spectrum Effect business success is key.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in RF Engineering with a strong focus on interference analysis and resolution.
  • Knowledge of LTE and/or 5G NR communications networks (design/troubleshooting/optimization).
  • Experience with Python, Linux, Databases, and TCP/IP networking (Capability in scripting and basic software troubleshooting).
  • Demonstrated ability to create and present detailed technical reports.
  • Strong customer-facing skills with excellent presentation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience in sales and commercial discussions.
  • Availability to travel regularly throughout APAC.
