Director - Project Controls

As Director of Project Controls reporting to our Head of Cost, you will work closely with the rest of the Development and Cost teams, making an impact in a number of ways:

• Lead all aspects of construction project controls that are business-critical for our hyper-scale data centre projects in Asia Pacific Region
• Development and implementation of Project Controls Execution Strategies

Your Day to Day

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, automated user friendly systems, reports, and dashboards to support the financial needs of data center construction projects.
• Use and maintenance of historical cost metrics to drive improvements in estimate accuracy
• Collaborate with Engineering Technology & Procurement (OSE) to create and drive detailed data analytics
• Oversight of Project Risk Management.
• Data Analytics to support Project Delivery and Business Operations. Develop compelling data visualizations to illustrate construction cost trends, patterns, and outliers, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions.
