Manager, Sales Content

ICF is seeking a Manager, Sales Content, to join the Business Development Team in ICF’s Energy, Environment, and Infrastructure Group. As Manager, Sales Content, you will develop and execute a content strategy for our Utility Programs and Services (UPS) Division. This role involves collaborating with the Business Development (BD) team, Divisional Leadership, Marketing, Proposal, Delivery teams, and National Offerings to create engaging sales materials and proposal content that support the entire sales cycle.

Primary Goals:

• Develop and implement a content development strategy in alignment with business strategy and growth goals
• Build a content library of effective, engaging sales materials and proposal content
• Drive a standardized approach to content and collateral, promoting "the ICF way."

You will bring strong business judgment, compelling and persuasive storytelling skills, sales and/or marketing experience (preferably in the energy and utility industry), and a passion for driving a resilient and prosperous future.
