Money Collection Specialist

We are looking for a MONEY COLLECTION SPECIALIST to join our mission to join our mission for a fixed term of 1 year, with possibility of extension to indefinite term contract!

YOU WILL:

• Coordinates the on-time money collection;
• Coordinates bad debt transfers;
• Assessing the credit worthiness of the clients;
• Staying informed about the legal, compliance and management of market-risk-related issues;
• Permanent liaising with customers to collect outstanding payments;
• Resolving customer billing issues;
• Keeps confidential the information disclosed to him during or in connection with the performance of his duties;
• Collaborates with colleagues across the business and operation to ensure smooth money collection.

Requirements

HOW DO WE IMAGINE YOU?

• A secondary school leaving qualification
• Experience on similar position is an advantage
• Experience in the fuel card industry an advantage
• Bulgarian native speaker and English is a must
• Very good communication and negotiation skills
• Very good analytical skills
• Active and effective approach to complex problem resolution
