Aviva have an exciting opportunity to join the Customer Operations team as a Customer Operations Transformation & Governance Manager.

You must have valid Irish, UK, or EU work rights to be considered for this role

Location: Cherrywood, Dublin 18 with hybrid working

Reporting to the Director of Transformation & Operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Director of Transformation & Operations, Head of Customer Operations, and the wider Customer Operations team to drive forward the customer agenda.

This role will be suitable for a highly ambitious individual who is excited by a unique opportunity to develop a deep knowledge of the Customer Operations function within a large Insurer, and is comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders on a day-to-day basis.

From a career perspective, this is a high-profile role and will offer significant breadth of experience, and daily challenge, and open up wider opportunities for your future career within Aviva Life & Pensions Ireland or elsewhere.

Due to the nature of this role, the successful candidate will typically need to be in our office Tuesday-Thursday.
