Chief of Staff

As the Chief of Staff at Sinch, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, fostering collaboration across leadership teams, and providing critical insights to fuel business growth. Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President, Americas (EVP, Americas), you will serve as a trusted advisor and right-hand person, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and operational execution. Responsibilities

• Drive execution of critical initiatives by effectively prioritizing activities, allocating resources, and ensuring timely delivery of results
• Establish and maintain key performance indicators, in partnership with Revenue Operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives, driving visibility and accountability across the region
• Lead and support key transformation projects aimed at driving growth, efficiency, and innovation. Examples include CRM Global Deployment, organizational transformation and optimization.
