Senior Channel Operations Analyst

The Role: We are seeking a Senior Channel Operations Analyst to support our rapidly growing global channel sales team. You will work closely with the channel operations and channel management teams to build the infrastructure and implement process improvements necessary to increase the productivity and effectiveness of the global channel sales team. Ability to work independently and provide high-quality support is paramount to success. The incumbent will manage a variety of day-to-day tasks associated with front-end channel support and channel data analysis while also considering long-term strategy.

What you’ll do as a Senior Channel Operations Analyst:

  • Manage daily operations of the global channel sales and engineering teams.
  • Define and deliver business analytics and metrics packages to stakeholders.
  • Conduct operational planning including quota assignment, SFDC maintenance, account assignment, territory creation, and headcount planning.
  • Lead business process improvement, workflow creation, and productivity improvement projects for global channel team
  • Work within sales process applications including Clari, SFDC, Domo/Tableau, etc.
  • Provide oversight and inspection of sales compensation items, including managing partner portals and SPIFF programs.
  • Analyze partner business plans to ensure documentation of partner initiatives and progress towards the plan.
  • Create documentation regarding channel organizational structure, coverage maps, and resources.
  • Support Cloud Service Provider marketplaces, such as AWS, ensuring effective partner engagement and management.
  • Manage and optimize the Partner Portal, ensuring it is an engaging platform for partners to interact with Recorded Future.
  • Design and implement channel enablement programs, including certification and badge models.
  • Communicate channel programs, strategies, and updates internally to drive alignment across the business.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and projects extending outside of daily responsibilities.

What you’ll bring to the Senior Channel Operations Analyst role:

  • A college degree and 4+ years of related work experience.
  • Experience with channel organizations and partner types (Resellers, Distributors, System Integrators, Service Providers, Cloud Service Providers).
  • Proficiency in SFDC with partner portal, account object management, deal registrations, and reporting.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Google sheets.
