Key responsibilities:
Support the team in all learning and development activities, including:
- Data Management and Reporting: Maintain and track data, build dashboards, and make learning performance reports.
- Employee Communication: Assist employees with inquiries related to training programs and resources.
- Administrative Management: Provide administrative services, including managing calendars, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
- Training Programs Support: Assist in the planning, coordinating, and executing training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Logistics Coordination: Organize training logistics, including scheduling sessions, booking venues, and preparing materials.
Requirements
- For 4th year students or fresh graduates in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or related major.
- At least 4 working days per week or full-time in 3-6 months of internship.
- Having interests in HR, especially Learning and Development.
- Having full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Office, and G Suite.
- Having good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
