- Demonstrated knowledge of working with people of diverse backgrounds and communication with the community.
- Flexibility to deal with changing protection environment, diverse knowledge, and expertise in Protection, Counselling, and Community-Based Protection, strong inter-personal and strong communication skills.
- Essential: Excellent command of English and Dari/ Persian (reading, writing, speaking, and listening). Desirable: working knowledge of Pashto, in addition to Dari.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant job experience with bachelor’s in social work or related fields
- Desirable: experience working with refugee populations, including conducting outreach/information dissemination
- Desirable: training and knowledge of UNHCR Protection principles
- Experience in working with data, statistical analysis, and basic IT tools is highly desirable.
