As a Czech Speaking Recruiter, you will play a vital role in our talent acquisition process. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and screening Czech-speaking candidates for various positions. By conducting interviews and assessing candidates' qualifications and experience, you will ensure that we present the most suitable candidates to our clients. Your ability to effectively communicate in Czech and English will be essential in building strong relationships with candidates and clients alike.

Responsibilities

• Source, attract, and screen Czech-speaking candidates for various positions
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and experience
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing techniques
• Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and create effective job postings
• Evaluate and select the best candidates to present to clients
• Provide candidates with feedback and guidance throughout the recruitment process
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to ensure effective candidate sourcing and outreach

Requirements

• Fluent in Czech and English, both written and spoken
• Strong knowledge of the consumer services industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work remotely and independently
• Available for 4 months fully paid training in Greece
