Operating in the consumer services industry, we specialize in connecting talented individuals with their dream jobs abroad.

As a Czech Speaking Recruiter, you will play a key role in our recruitment process, ensuring that we match the best candidates with the right employers. Your ability to effectively communicate in Czech and English will be essential in building strong relationships with both candidates and employers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct phone and video interviews with Czech-speaking candidates, assessing their qualifications and suitability for various job openings
• Source and attract potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and networking events
• Build and maintain a strong network of Czech-speaking candidates, establishing long-term relationships for future staffing needs
• Collaborate with employers to understand their hiring requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies
• Review and analyze resumes and job applications, identifying top talent that aligns with specific job requirements
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and employers, providing necessary support throughout the process
• Stay updated on industry trends and market insights to effectively advise candidates on job opportunities and career development

Requirements

• Fluent in Czech and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
• Understanding of the consumer services industry, with knowledge of the social media, gaming, healthcare, retail & e-retail, travel, automotive, financial, insurance, energy, and telecommunications sectors
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with candidates and employers
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a high level of initiative and problem-solving skills
• Available for 4 months fully paid training in Greece
