The Visa Rules, Compliance and Standards team (RCS) establishes operating principles and enforces common interoperable rules and standards for our products and services by which clients must operate their Visa programs within ecosystem.
This is a Management Career role that will be instrumental in leading transformation of Rules, Rules Compliance, and Standards program by establishing consistent Operating model and Framework for RCS across our ecosystem.
As the Senior Director, Strategy & Intelligence, this role will partner with the Head of Visa Rules, Rules Compliance and Standards and the leadership team to achieve the future of RCS. They will lead and manage a high-performing team that will design and deliver strategic initiatives, thought leadership and planning for the RCS organization. This role will also be a leader of an Intelligence and insights team that will provide strategic foresight and actionable insights based on emerging trends and new opportunities across RCS.
