We have an amazing opportunity for a Future Product Technology Expert to join us here at Mars! This is an expert role for the technologies currently in use and emerging externally for non-complete-and-balanced propositions for the Connect, Care and Nourish innovation needs. The primary goal of this role is to drive the fundamental understanding and development of innovative technology platforms to fuel transformational growth in the Pet Nutrition business. Your role is crucial for delivering technical breakthroughs and new technologies essential for business growth and supply strategy. As an expert in this role, you will also provide technical consultancy to broader teams and mentor junior scientists and engineers. You’ll actively build collaborative and effective relationships with partners across the business to influence, steer and lead senior managers and peers in R&D, Supply, Marketing and Commercial.
