About the Role

Positioned in the acute clinical setting on the Fitzroy site, the ADON Nursing Workforce will be accountable for the strategic alignment of the nursing workforce with patient demand and will ensure appropriate allocation, skill mix and the effective utilisation of resources, including for specialling and higher acuity requirements to ensure optimal financial responsibility. In partnership with the relevant General Managers, Nurse Unit Managers and the Nurse Workforce Unit, the ADON Nursing Workforce will ensure effective and efficient utilisation of the nursing workforce that meets both patient safety & quality outcomes aligned with industrial and legislative requirements.
