Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for providing leadership and strategy to develop and enhance business continuity readiness and crisis response preparedness. To this end, he/she will need to:

• Develop and maintain close partnerships across disciplines (IT, Information Security, Account Management, HR, Finance, Facilities, Communications, Safety, Security, etc.).
• Establish the policy, structure, methodology, and standards for developing, maintaining, and testing enterprise-wide Business Continuity Plans.
• Lead and support all Broadridge Business Units and Business Unit BCP Champions and Broadridge Management in the ongoing management of Business Continuity “Life Cycle” activities consisting of risk assessment, business impact analysis, strategy development, implementation, testing and review, plan maintenance and update.
• Ensure linkage between the risk and readiness programs through risk analyses, business impact analyses, scenario-based reviews...
