Sourcing Associate

Job Description

Preferred skills:-

• e-Sourcing – Exposure of e-RFP’s, e-RFQ’s, e-RFI’s and eAuction on eSourcing tools like Ariba,C1 India, Mjunction or any other equivalent tool in current role
• Sourcing and Procurement Experience –2-3 years of experience in Sourcing & Procurement domain
• Exposure of ERP tool like SAP / Ariba will be preferrable

Other Skills Qualifications:

• A customer-first mindset!
• 2-3 yrs. experience in the role which requires working with cross functional teams and external stakeholders/ suppliers
• Basic knowledge of Procure to Pay process, RFX process, contract management
• Hands on experience of tools such as eSourcing Ariba, eContracts Ariba
• Good at analytical skills, logical reasoning and problem solving
• Candidate should be having excellent communication skills as he/she would be willing to support US and European stakeholders
• Candidate should be comfortable in working as per US shift timing however, the timings could be changed as per actual business requirement hence, candidate also be flexible in working in rotational shifts as well but primary timings would be US shift timings
• Positive work attitude and be willing and able to work diligently with limited supervision
• Should be well versed with tools data Analysis, SAP transactions and should have good presentation skills

Qualifications

Eligibility Criteria:-

• Graduate / Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent
• 0-5 Years work experience preferably in Sourcing and Procurement domain
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency in MS word, Excel and PowerPoint is must
