Analyst - CCS Business Support

The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from $66,899- $78,705.

Job Summary:
The primary responsibilities of the Analyst -CCS Business Support are to provide:

1. First level of SAP CCS support to all functional business units within New York.
2. Project support for New York regulatory and/or AVANGRID Service Company objectives.
This requires working with functional groups to understand and define business requirements, identifying a solution
and assisting in the implementation of the solution in SAP CCS and related interfaces. This position also requires
working well with end users, process owners, IT support groups, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Day-to-day CCS production support for Customer Service business units. Effectively identify, communicate,
prioritize, document, and resolve SAP CCS and/or related interface production issues between business, IT, and/or
