The Opportunity:
CACI’s Agile Digital Solutions Operating Group is searching for individuals who can deliver application development and support for NASA's enterprise business systems. CACI is hiring an Applications and Platforms Operations Center (APOC) Manager who is our single point of contact for NASA’s Tier 1 Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) and Ops Centers. Our APOC Manager leads teams consisting of Managers, Team Leads, and Operators, improve enterprise transparency, cross-contract collaboration via ServiceNow, and efficiency by reducing the O&M workload across Agile Teams.
In this role, you will deliver and sustain capabilities in a fast-paced SAFe agile development environment. Additionally, you will be collaborating on systems and solutions supporting large portfolios from business, analysis, technical, systems, data, and enterprise functions.
