The Senior Implementation and Improvement Manager, a key member of Devoted’s Implementation and Improvement team, sits within Health Plan Operations and works cross functionally to drive measurable organization-wide scalability and improvement solutions across Devoted's new/ existing program years, geographies, products, and teams.
