As a Dutch Speaking Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and screening top talent for our clients' vacancies. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying job requirements, posting job ads, and conducting interviews to presenting job offers to successful applicants. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely, providing you with the freedom to work from anywhere in the world.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates through various sources such as job advertisements, social media platforms, and professional networking.
• Screen and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience through phone and video interviews.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to understand candidates' career goals, motivations, and cultural fit for potential employers.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop job descriptions that attract suitable talent.
• Assist in the negotiation and presentation of job offers to successful candidates.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and information in the recruitment database.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Knowledge of the consumer services industry is a plus.
• Available for 4 months fully paid training in Greece
