Specialist

The E.W. Scripps Company is seeking a Specialist, Risk Management. This individual will be responsible for performing the day-to-day tasks within the risk management, physical security and real estate departments as well as supporting office services, as needed. Assist with the resolution of discrepancies or problems that prohibit timely processing of invoices in the system. Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding outstanding inquiries. This position is located in Cincinnati. OH.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Administer third party software systems including: access control, integration coordination with information technology/vendors, feed integration/data validation, data update coordination.
• Claims administration support: workers comp, auto, general liability.
• Incident management support including managing incident and case notes related to situation management and investigations as well as investigative support activities.
• Manage risk related asset tracking.
• Perform and report back on research assignments including into threat actors/persons of interest.
