Position Summary:

Responsible for the results of Safety indicator. Must apply the philosophy of HPS. Developing the Harman skills in employees.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • As a part of the supervisory responsibilities, if there is not an employee to attend the process, the direct boss will have to attend the process or assign the activities to another employee (with equal qualifications).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support to Doctor on control health programs and occupational health of the employees of the company through preventive programs, always focused in order to maintain and improve the health employees Provides medical services to employees who are feeling ill or have suffer accidents in the Company or events.
  • Support to Doctor performs medical exams to new employees or employees will transfer to different area or position. Also performs health monitoring exams to the associates who are exposed to hazardous material or work in hazardous areas (eye, audiometric, spirometry, high pressure and drug tests, etc.)
  • Maintains records of the employees who have suffered a work related injury and completes accident forms for the Mexican Social Security and the Labor Department.
  • Verifies on daily basis the cafeteria service and the bathrooms of the Company related to their hygiene.
  • Maintains the fist aids kit well supply.
  • Inventory Control of medicines
  • Follow up health campaigns, (vaccines, cancer prevention, etc.) for the employees with the participation of external institutions and Companies.
  • Additional duties assigned by Doctor.
  • Assistant biological infectious hazardous waste store

Basic Qualifications:

  • Technical degree in nursing.
  • 1-3 years of related experience.
  • Knowledge of Health and safety Commission.
  • English 50%.

Eli gibility Requirements:

  • Willingness to work in an office.
  • Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen.

Authority:

The employee has the authority granted by the company through this document to make decisions for the benefit of the company to ensure the conformity of the product, its quality, functionality, the health and safety of the person who intervenes in the process according with quality, safety and environmental systems and customer specific requirements.

  • The Annual Training Program will be available in the next link (P:\HR\FORMACION - HABILIDAD\Capacitación\Plan Anual de Capacitación.xlsx) in order to be consulted by employee at any time.
  • The employee must have compliance with the IATF16949 standard, the specific requirements of clients, the Quality Management System (BMS and QMS Apps), the Environmental Management System according with ISO 14001 standard and the Health and Safety Management System according with ISO 45001.
  • Any change in the Job Description during year will be updated in the next link (P:\HR\FORMACION - HABILIDAD\Descripciones de Puesto) in order to be consulted by employee at any time.
  • The employee must have compliance with Pathways matrix.
