Job Description

The Customer Intelligence Manager (Segments & Futures): Drives Globe’s growth and innovation by leading market research projects that uncover business opportunities and provide actionable insights. This role involves gathering, analyzing and interpreting customer data through various channels such as surveys, focus group discussions, and other channels to shape business strategies, drive informed decisions, and optimize marketing efforts, ultimately enhancing customer experiences and supporting robust organizational growth.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Stakeholder Management : Engage various stakeholders (including executives, leaders, etc.) and understand their business challenges and opportunities, help them identify research objectives, provide data-driven solutions and strategic recommendations
  • D ata-Driven Storytelling: Leverage multiple data sources to create comprehensive narratives that simplify complex business issues into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Business Growth Focus: Identify and unlock new business opportunities by crafting compelling stories from ad-hoc research projects using diverse methodologies
  • Trend Spotting: Analyze various data sets and sources to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the market
  • Presentation of Research Findings: Communicate complex data and insights in a clear, concise, and engaging manner through presentations, reports, ensuring that stakeholders understand the implications of the research findings
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work in tandem with other teams (customer data analytics, portfolio management, strategy, etc.) to gather comprehensive data and insights that drive strategic decisions, innovation, and enhance customer experiences

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 4 years of experience in market research, with a strong focus on innovation research methodologies.
  • Experience in both qualitative and quantitative research
  • Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Statistics, Business Economics, or other social sciences

SKILLS

Soft:

  • Naturally curious, resourceful, creative, and self-motivated.
  • Agile problem-solving skills with a test-and-learn mindset and ability to learn quickly from failures.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to respond to change, embrace ambiguity, and adjust to new situations rapidly.

Hard:

  • Technical Proficiency: Competent in using various data analysis and visualization tools, programming languages, and big data platforms.
  • Data Visualization: Expertise in creating impactful visual representations of data.
  • Programming: Basic skills in programming languages such as Python and R for data analysis and visualization.
  • Statistical Analysis: Proficiency in using advanced statistical techniques.
  • Survey Design**:** Ability to design effective surveys and analyze survey data.
