VP, Fair Lending Leader

Role Summary/Purpose:

The VP, Fair Lending Leader is responsible for leading a team of fair lending professionals responsible for providing functional fair lending oversight for Credit, Collections, Operations, Growth, Client Development & Sales, and strategic partnerships. This position will perform Fair Lending assessments and monitoring, partner with the business leaders to identify and mitigate potential Fair Lending risks, and ensure that employees are appropriately trained to comply with Fair Lending requirements. The VP, Fair Lending Leader will also develop and oversee the development and implementation of necessary fair lending program elements to ensure the continuous improvement and ongoing success of the Fair Lending Program.
