THE SKILLS SET NEEDED

• Bachelor of Science or Business Administration degree.
• At least 20+ years of relevant experience in a consulting engineering or state department of transportation environment.

PREFERRED SKILLS SET

• A licensed Professional Engineer, AICP, or PTOE registration/certification is preferred but not required. The successful candidate will enjoy the initiation, development, and maintenance of close client and staff relationships; the delivery of transportation projects; the execution of creative approaches to project development; and personal dedication to serving client needs.
