As a SAP FICO Tech Delivery specialist, you will be part of a team of smart, highly skilled technologists who are passionate about learning and proto-typing cutting-edge technologies. Our team is co-located and agile, with central technology hubs in Chicago, Madrid, Toronto, Pune and Chennai. In this role you will be responsible for executing day to day SAP production support / Enhancements, Upgrades and key project activities in SAP FICO module.
Ability to think out of the box and provide solutions to the business. Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and flexible environment where no two days are the same . Enjoys working in unknown area - defining the undefined, challenging the status quo, and solving uncharted business challenges.

- Monitor Incidents/Service Requests on a daily basis and ensure that resolution is within the agreed SLAs
