We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process, developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies, and building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

In this role, you will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance and expertise on the recruitment process. You will proactively source and attract top talent through various channels, assess candidate qualifications, and facilitate a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop recruitment strategies
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various sourcing methods
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to assess candidate qualifications and fit
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to make informed hiring decisions
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, from job posting to offer acceptance
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and external partners
  • Stay updated on market trends and best practices in talent acquisition
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment processes

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a senior or leadership role
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment processes
  • Strong sourcing skills and ability to attract top talent
  • Experience in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving recruitment goals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
