About the opportunity

The Senior Housing Officer will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Camden Student Accommodation which includes Nepean Hall, Nepean Lodge and Nepean Cottages to ensure that occupancy and revenue is maximized and that the residences are maintained to a high standard.

This role will ensure applications, bookings and peak periods are coordinated seamlessly, oversee the maintenance and repairs as well as work with key stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.

The Senior Housing Officer will work collaboratively with the Student Life team (Wellbeing and Cocurricular) to ensure a high level of customer service, support and to enhance the overall student experience.

Your key responsibilities will be to:
