Solution Lead - Business Analytics

The Business Analytics solution is part of the Dynatrace platform, which enables Dynatrace, customers and partners to implement analytics and automation use cases on top of Dynatrace observability, security and business data, aimed at business level audiences in driving modern BizDevSecOps approaches. In times of data explosion with metrics, traces, logs, user-sessions, dependencies, Dynatrace’s goal is to put data into context and simplify critical, real-time business decisions with precision, speed, and context.

• Lead the business analytics solution like a new emerging and fast-growing startup, building on the latest Dynatrace innovations, benefiting from an established platform, large enterprise customer base, and strong partner ecosystem.
• Define and execute the product and go-to-market strategy, prioritize and report towards the goals, and maximize overall business outcome and customer value.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to ensure Dynatrace remains at the forefront of innovation.
• Achieve solution goals and KPIs (e.g. ARR, growth, delivery) in collaboration with sales and delivery teams
• Lead with an entrepreneurial mindset and drive growth to a multi-hundred-million (Dollar? Euro?) solution, in tight teamwork with the other Dynatrace capabilities.
• Represent the company and the solution in webinars, shows, conferences, analyst briefings.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in the software/technology industry (SaaS)
• 10+ years in a Product Management leadership role.
• Strong understanding of technology platforms, ideally enterprise software, cloud, and SaaS solutions, with focus on end user and business analytics.
• Entrepreneurial and growth mindset, complemented with seasoned experience in working with global enterprise customers and B2B partnerships.
• Lead by excellence, not just manage and execute successfully in an agile team setup.
• Be highly self-motivated as well as creative and efficient in proposing & presenting solutions to complex and unique problems.
• Outstanding communicator and presenter with excellent social skills.
• Ability to communicate thoughts and business ideas clearly in a C-level setting/environment.
