The opportunity

The SNHU ITS organization is looking to hire student employees to work at the IT Help Desk located in Wolak Learning Commons. The IT Help Desk provides technology troubleshooting to the entire SNHU campus community. We are looking for students who enjoy working with the public, enjoy working with technology, and who have prior work experience in a customer service environment. Students who work for the IT Help Desk gain valuable real-world experience in both customer service and technological skills. Many of the students who have worked here in the past have gone on to have successful careers after graduation. The Wolak Learning Commons is open Monday – Thursday 8am to 6pm and Friday 8am to 430pm. ...
