Procurement CoE Manager (fixed term)

Job Description

People Managers of Procurement Center of Excellence are leading teams of specialists in specific Procurement process domain(s). In this role you are responsible for appropriate allocation of resources, people performance evaluation and development and delivering outcome in line with GPB and Philips Behaviors. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in business and in governance to ensure proper execution of processes through effective communication. You are responsible for continuous improvement of processes within their scope.

Your role:

  • Fully manage specific Procurement CoE functional teams. Define the short term policy within the overall constraints. Lead the team, associated processes and staff and make them successful.
  • Ensure compliance with Procurement policies and procedures, codes of ethics and general business principles.
  • Provide coaching and professional support (including development) to Procurement CoE team members.
  • Delegate appropriate resources to projects/initiatives. Coordinate projects in scope. Actively support key Procurement initiatives.
