Our international team is searching for a new member to take over the responsibility as Key User for Sales Front Office. Your aim is to support our company-wide organizational change as well as the processes and system related business transformation in a multicultural region Eastern Europe and Middle East/ Africa.
In this position communication and collaboration with various stakeholders is the key. You act as an interface between the central teams and the local entities within the region. By the time you will become an expert in processes and systems and act as subject matter expert and 2nd level support. You will perform trainings and user acceptance tests. This role requires a flexible mindset because of high % of travelling and flexible working time.

What we offer:

More specific and detailed description of your responsibility in this position:

  • Initiate and coordinate the Sales Front Office(SFO) process enhancements and change requests process within the region and support these while being member of the federated change governance structure
  • Building an active community and network with local dedicated key users within the region (mostly East Europe)
  • Role confirmation, enrolment, onboarding and periodical training of the local key-, and end-users
  • Participate into Train-the-Trainer sessions
  • Dealing with the respective incident process, solving tickets or managing the escalation process as 2nd level support
  • Participate in the user acceptance test (UAT) and support the roll-in of the new system within the region
  • Regional single point of contact for the CRM updates, active subject matter expert (SME) role into the related project teams
  • Prepare specific reports and analysis

Tasks and Qualifications:

Below are the requirements for filling the position:

Education

  • University/business school degree (IT, economy, business administration, engineering)

Language proficiency

  • Command English language crucial
  • Every other language preferred (German, French, Slavic, or other languages spoken in EMEA)

Required abilities

  • Ability to work in a complex and diverse environment with numerous stakeholders having diverging targets
  • In depth knowledge of the B2B sales processes and procedures currently being used globally
  • Passion for communication of challenging topics with an empathic and sensible way
  • ERP/MS Office Knowledge
  • Salesforce & SAP CPQ knowledge & experience required
  • Experienced and skilled in problem-solving within key user structures, IT and analyzing business information
  • Ability to describe, analyze and subsequently improve business processes
  • Cultural awareness and ability to adapt to country specific requirements (system/process/people)
  • Ability to handle complex situations and various information sources in the same time
  • Resilient mindset while being confronted with challenges

Other requirements

  • Willingness to travel approx. 50%
  • Flexibility in working time
