Home Frontline Technical Consultant - salary circa £ 35.000

A bit about the job:

2024 sees the start of our Home Claims Transformation journey and this role will be pivotal to achieving our ambitions. Based in our Home Claims Operation, this role is responsible for the day-to-day technical upskill of our Claims Handlers. Technical leadership is a core feature of this role, and you will manage all day-to day technical matters relating to the claims handled by our Frontline teams. You will take ownership and accountability for excellent customer service, cost control and work with the Frontline Leaders to improve capability within our claims teams.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Coaching experience with proven track record of improving performance and capability.
• Strong Technical knowledge relating to Home Claims fundamentals, Philosophies & Standards, and policy interpretation.
