Job Description

• Oversee the full recruitment process, including the shortlist and selection of potential candidates, coordinate interview arrangements, conduct interviews, raise staff requisitions, conduct reference checks, submit applications for the necessary work passes for foreign workers etc.
• Responsible for the general update and maintenance of the staff personnel e-Pfiles in Workday System
• Be an employee advocate and look after the welfare of the staff
• Assist in employee engagement activities and employer branding activities
• Engage in performance management of staff and provide support to managerial staff in this aspect, such as staff disciplining and counselling etc.
• Business partner at least 2 Ascott Singapore properties, manage all staff matters of that property and provide advisory to Property Head on Employment Legislation
• Verify and process e-invoices
