Your Team

The Operations department is a key part of Anthos Fund & Asset Management, and it consists of four areas: oversight of third-party service providers, investment support, accounting and reporting, and transformation management. You will be part of Oversight, which ensures continuity and consistent high-quality of services received from Third Parties by setting & monitoring principles and minimum oversight standards. Key third-parties include services as outsourced back and mid office for investment management including trading activity.

The Oversight Specialist has varied responsibilities, with a main focus on supporting your team members in their daily activities. Given the diverse workload, it is important to note that your success will depend on your skills in accuracy, multitasking, and staying organized. Key Responsibilities

• Acting as the main person handling all daily ad hoc requests
• Perform team administrative work such as prepare team meetings, manage the action log, working procedures, handling shared data, process physical post, user management, and maintaining an up to date SharePoint
• You prepare transactions and onboarding documentation of new managers
• You support the financial accounting team with invoice processing and regulatory reporting activities
