We need an exceptional Talent & Learning Experience Specialist to help us embed our leadership and mission critical skills development and evolve our talent management practices so we can continue to attract, retain and grow the best available talent to support our mission to be a Force for Good.

You will achieve this though:

  • Program support: Ensuring leadership and critical skills development programs are executed with precision, providing an excellent experience and organizational impact.
  • Measurement and analysis: Establishing measures for employee experiences and impact, utilizing surveys and assessments to create actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Tools and dashboards: Developing tools, reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support talent and learning functions, enabling status tracking and continuous improvement.
  • Embedding learning culture: Promoting continuous learning through content curation and collaboration with stakeholders to integrate learning initiatives into the organizational culture.
  • Project management: Overseeing the implementation of new processes and systems for talent development, including high potential assessments, succession planning practices, and learning applications.
  • Staying informed: Keeping up-to-date on the latest trends in talent and learning technologies, and assessing how these may be best implemented to support the people strategy.

What you will need:

  • Proficiency in Power BI, Office 365 applications, and course development softwares
  • Strong project management skills and extensive experience in training program design, development, and delivery.
  • In-depth knowledge of change management, organizational development, performance development, and employee experience principles.
  • Applied experience utilizing qualitative and quantitative survey analysis software, with demonstrable experience in analyzing data, creating insights, reports and visualizations.
  • Openness to experiment with new ways of doing things to stimulate continuous improvement and learning.
  • Ability to relate the personal and organizational purpose to area of work.
  • Excellent stakeholder and customer management, engaging them in pursuit of shared objectives.
  • 2 – 4 years of post-graduate experience working within a learning organization, HR or talent function
  • Master's degree (or similar/equivalent) in organizational psychology, human resources, or similar function, or the equivalent demonstrated experience and knowledge
  • English language skills (written and spoken
