The role requires advanced technical and functional knowledge in the discipline, acting as a reference for less experienced colleagues and supporting junior team members. The specialist will influence decisions, anticipate dependencies and consequences in complex scenarios, contribute to transversal projects, propose process improvements, and be accountable for their own and the team’s commitments. The role involves working independently within a plan dictated by the manager, with guidance provided for the most complex situations.
